Hello, I'm Becky, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping others, a journey I began in 2011. My own transformative experience with a therapist in my late teens inspired me to pursue this path, and I am committed to making a positive impact on my clients' lives just as my therapist did for me. I have had the pleasure of working with adults aged 20 to 95 in a variety of settings and life stages, always aiming to support improved mental health and well-being through evidence-based therapeutic approaches. In addition to my social work practice, I am a certified yoga instructor.
