I have a particular interest in supporting mothers, especially those navigating the emotional and identity changes that can come with pregnancy and the postpartum period. I am passionate about helping mothers process stress, overwhelm, and complex feelings, while fostering resilience, self-compassion, and confidence in their roles. My goal is to walk alongside clients as they move toward healing, clarity, and a stronger connection with themselves and their lives. I work collaboratively with clients to explore the underlying experiences, patterns, and beliefs that contribute to their emotional responses.
