We are living in an era of anxiety unlike any other time in the twenty-five+ years I have been in practice. During my career in Ann Arbor and surrounding areas, I often work with people who are anxious and depressed about their relationships, jobs, finances, or their overall lives. I am a skilled and experienced therapist who has helped people achieve agency over their lives and feel joy again. My style is warm and interactive. My specialty is young adults who are ready to prioritize themselves and work hard. I have seen so many people who feel hopeless initially, invest in therapy & create lives that they didn’t think possible.
