I enjoy working with adults, children and adolescents. I believe that the central healing factor of effective therapy is a strong therapeutic connection or relationship between the client and the therapist. My goal in therapy is to offer a safe, warm haven to the client where they feel accepted and free to express the issues that brought them to therapy. I use an eclectic approach to therapy using a variety of theories and methods to approach the needs of the individual client. I have experience both as primarily a child and adolescent therapist as well as an adult therapist. I offer years of experience working with behavior problems, ADHD, anxiety, depression and parenting with children and adolescents. I have extensive experience with adults to include depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and marriage issues.
