I am also an artist, herbalist, and aromatherapist. Theoretically I use an eclectic approach, evaluating the needs of my clients and using the most appropriate techniques and interventions. I draw most heavily from Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Jungian Analytical Psychology, Internal Family Systems, Somatic Therapy, and Existential Theory.
