My goal is to foster a sense of safety for clients to speak openly about who they are and how they feel. I am interested in the way our lives and relationships are touched by our past experiences, our fears, and our desires. I provide individual psychotherapy, couple’s, and solution focused treatment. My style is direct, warm, and (dare I say) funny. I draw from clinical training in psychodynamic psychotherapy and family systems theory.
