Rebecca brings experience working with clients all across the lifespan in clinical areas such as school stress, depression, complex anxiety, low self-esteem, and life transitions. Rebecca takes an Existential and Cognitive Behavioral approach to therapy, aiming to empower her clients to regain their sense of control through building an individualized toolkit of coping skills they can utilize in and out of sessions.
