I aim to create a warm safe and honest space for your healing and growth. I am able to treat many issues including, Couples therapy- Level 1 certified in Gottman Couples Therapy. Teens that are dealing with academic social pressures, substance abuse, binge drinking, anxiety & depression Women & men diagnosed with chronic autoimmune illnesses Postpartum Depression / perinatal mood disorders - I work with women & couples, during this very emotional and fragile time. I am also certified level 1 in EMDR, a trauma focused treatment for PTSD.
