I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience helping people make positive changes in their lives. My goal as a therapist is to help my clients improve their relationships by learning how to effectively communicate and remain true to themselves. This begins with gaining insight to our thoughts and how these thoughts affect the way we function. I use cognitive behavioral techniques to help my clients identify, explore and change the cognitions that cause pain and discomfort. I engage my clients in a warm, compassionate and non-judgemental way.
