I view psychotherapy as a collaborative process between the client and therapist. There are many reasons that people choose to come to therapy. Clients have come to see me due to PTSD/trauma-related disorders, depression, anxiety, adjustment, grief, relational problems, sexual orientation or gender identity issues and other life transitions/changes. I adapt my treatment to meet the unique needs of each client.
