As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I have found that when you explore challenges from an open hearted and holistically based place, you can begin to see things previously viewed as problems, shift into possibilities. I strongly believe that everyone can transcend limiting beliefs and move into healthier, more authentic living. Through a collaborative relationship, I will help you develop greater understanding of your behaviors, and teach you healthier ways to communicate and cope. I offer both psychotherapy and coaching.
