I am currently accepting new clients for telehealth services only. I currently am Licensed in RI and MA and I specialize in working with youth (birth -18) and their families including individual counseling, family counseling, and parent coaching. I also work with women looking for support with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, adjustment challenges, trauma, and grief. I can help my client's work through life's challenges by offering a non-judgmental and compassionate approach using a variety of Evidence Based Practices including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused, Attachment Theory, and more. I am also trained in Evidence Based Practices for dealing with crisis response and safety planning.
