Healing is a journey and the first step in your journey is here, looking for someone to help you in the midst of storm. I believe that healing often begins in a safe therapeutic relationship. I am certified as a Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) Practitioner. I specialize in attachment, trauma and depression. I use a person-centered approach to meet your individual needs to help begin your healing journey. I am being trained in EMDR, so with time we can incorporate this into your care.
