Life is a journey full of surprises, both good and bad, and yet it never includes instructions. I have learned that forming healthy connections with others is an important step when working our way through the ups and downs of life. My approach varies based on your unique needs, but may include the use of CBT, DBT, TBRI, or other trauma focused therapy. I have over 20 years of professional experience with children, couples and families, specializing in foster care and adoption related issues, as well as trauma, attachment, blended families, grief and loss, and parenting. Having personal experience with foster care and adoption has also helped me to be uniquely prepared to work with these populations.
