My ideal client is the person who deals with everyday struggles such as locking yourself out of the house or pulled over by the police for a tail light out. Maybe a tooth cracked or you can't find your passport. Life can be tough at times. Whatever the issue may be, we can collaborate to create goals in an effort to decrease unwanted symptoms and behaviors. My office is a safe space to share, be heard, understood, supported and validated. I provide one-hour sessions in person or via telehealth typically once a week or twice monthly to start and eventually taper off. The first fifty-minutes is focused on the client. The last five to seven minutes of the session will be set aside for administrative tasks.
