Hello! My name is Rebecca Meece and I am licensed professional counselor who works with folks of all ages throughout Delaware. I have a person-centered approach to counseling, which means you are my main focus and the captain of the ship. No matter how big or small, the topics you want to discuss in session are of utmost importance to me and I look forward to helping steer your journey in the right direction. I intend to “meet you where you are” in life and we will work together to get to where you want to be. I am most knowledgeable in areas specific to anxiety, depression and self-esteem issues. In addition to those key areas, I am passionate about helping people explore gender and/or sexual identity, self-image, and relationship concerns. The awareness of mental health and decreasing the stigma that often comes hand in hand with mental health therapy is something that is very important to me. I hope to be a fearless advocate for those who work with me and I have the utmost
