I am extremely passionate about helping others, especially in areas such as grief, loss, life changes, and anxiety. I have a specialization from Monmouth University in Grief and Spirituality. My therapeutic style is fairly eclectic and client/situation based. I work typically through a grief lens, in that I see that a lot of life's struggles tend to come from some sort of loss/trauma. I hope to use my skills and passion for mental health to help any and every one I am able to work with; including children, adolescents, families, adults or couples.
