Taking the step to seek support is a courageous decision and an important part of the healing process. I work with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, depression, suicidal thoughts, self-harm behaviors and emotion dysregulation. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive environment where clients can gain insight, learn effective coping strategies, and make meaningful progress toward emotional stability and resilience. My therapeutic approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), an evidence-based modality, that helps identify and reframe unhelpful thought patterns contributing to emotional distress. I also integrate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to support emotion regulation and distress tolerance.
