My philosophy centers on the belief that people don't come to therapy to be 'fixed.' Rather, they come to have their broken parts blessed—to find meaning, acceptance, and healing in their wholeness. I work primarily with couples and adult individuals, focusing on developing communication skills and deepening capacity for love and connection. I have specialized post-graduate training in working with step and blended families, understanding the unique dynamics and challenges these family systems face. I help people move beyond conflict into deeper intimacy and understanding whether we are working individually or doing couples work.
