About

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, Registered Play Therapist, and certified school counselor specializing in anxiety, childhood trauma, ADHD and behavior concerns. Although I work primarily with children ages 3-12 and their families, I also help adults with ADHD navigate both their emotional and behavioral symptoms. I use an integrative approach to establish trust and safety, and provide a compassionate environment where clients feel confident to express themselves in ways that feel most authentic to them. I use both directive and non-directive approaches, such as client-centered, synergetic, Internal Family Systems, DBT, CBT and Trauma-Focused CBT to help clients process their experiences, build resilience, and develop skills to be the best version of themselves. I also offer parent coaching and family play therapy.
