Are you feeling anxious or overwhelmed entering parenthood? While there is so much focus on the joy of having a baby, there seems to be little talk and preparation for the unique challenges that accompany parenthood. My areas of focus include perinatal mental health (pregnancy and post-partum support), supporting parents through those tricky toddler years, and helping adults navigate through life changes or stressors. Parenthood can be filled with joy, and also comes with hard moments that force us to take a deeper look at our own values, upbringing, and relationships in ways that we haven't needed to explore in the past.
