I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults for over 20 years. I have daytime, evening, and weekend hours available. I enjoy working with a variety of clients, such as new and experienced parents, students going off to college, and individuals who are looking to boost their self-esteem. I specialize in helping people identify, understand, and cope with their anxiety. I also offer parent coaching and grief counseling. I have helped students of all ages with school issues. My award winning children's book series is called, Lily's Little Life Lessons.
