My name is Rebecca, but y'all can call me Becky! I believe therapy works best when clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. I provide a safe, nonjudgemental space where individuals can explore challenges and build insight. I enjoy working with teens (14+), adults, and couples from all walks of life. I draw from inner child work, somatic practices, and DBT/CBT, tailoring each session to meet my clients’ unique needs.
