Dealing with anxiety, depression, and/or ADHD can be tough, but together we will work to identify and build on your strengths. I work hard at providing a secure and validating space where you feel safe and understood. Change, even for the better, can be challenging. I’m here to support you through these challenges, whether they involve life transitions, college struggles, family changes, or physical health issues. I have evening and weekend appointments available.
