How is it going? Whether we have a difficult work situation, a relationship issue, struggles with life changes, caught in the cycle of addiction, unresolved childhood trauma, or feel just plain stuck, the anxiety and depression that result can leave us feeling overwhelmed. Sometimes we have no idea what is happening, but certain things just seem to trigger panic or reactions we do not fully understand. Other times, finding the motivation to get out of bed in the morning is a major effort. Old and familiar ways of getting though these challenges no longer work. Something must change, but what and how?
