As a person and a therapist I work to see everyone as a unique individual who is striving to be the best person he/she can be. I believe issues and events create difficulties that block the progress. My goals are to assist adults, adolescents and children to work through those issues and events and help them continue on their personal journey to health and happiness. I like to help others discover their strengths, abilities and new skills to make individuals stronger and more resilient to work through whatever the universe sends our way.
