I am a strength based therapist and have been in practice for over 13 years. It is my belief that each of us possess unique and special gifts, aspects of our true selves, that allow for us to healthfully manage difficult and painful circumstances. Depression, anxiety, grief/loss, low self-esteem, relationship issues often dull our light and impede our ability to access the gifts we inherently possess. Through an integrative approach that utilizes aspects of psychodynamic therapy, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy, parts work and a dash of mysticism, it is my honor to witness as you gain insight into your own sacred source.
