Accepting New Clients Reaching out for help is challenging. I am here to work along side of you to help you get what you want out of therapy. I enjoy working with clients of all ages, beginning at the age of 4. I especially love working with children and adolescents. My therapeutic approach is person-centered and tailored to each individual’s needs, incorporating Child-Centered Play Therapy, Brainspotting, CBT, DBT, and TF-CBT. I am a Veteran and spent over 20 years as a military spouse.
