Hello! I'm so glad you're here. I specialize in working with young adults, college students and pregnant/postpartum parents and the many unique challenges that come with each stage of life. Whether you're navigating through anxiety, perfectionism, ADHD, relationships, trauma or grief, we will work together to find tools and help build clarity, self-awareness and confidence. I love supporting you in your journey and believe we all benefit deeply from telling our stories and finding new ways to understand them. I'm also passionate about supporting motherless daughters and lead groups and workshops.
