I offer a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel safe to explore the issues that they may be struggling with. I aim to understand my clients' experiences as best I can as we work together to build a trusting relationship. I work with my clients on issues related to anxiety, depression, relationship issues and disruptions caused by life changes. I know that reaching out to start the counseling process can be difficult, and that taking that first step is often scary, so if there's anything that I can do to make that process easier, please feel free to reach out to me.
