I am a post-doctoral resident working under a licensed clinical psychologist. I am passionate about helping you understand what factors in your life are keeping you stuck and help you move past them. I specialize in the assessment and treatment of eating disorders and body image concerns, anxiety, self-esteem issues, relationship difficulties, depression, and OCD. I take pride in my warm, direct approach, and believe that the therapeutic process is a collaborative one. My goal is to help you gain insight into your thinking patterns and behaviors that are not in line with your values. My hopes are to motivate you to try a new way of living while offering you a new or different skill set.
