I am committed to providing a safe space in an effort to encourage you to bring all of yourself to therapy. I am supportive and direct. I will advocate for you and challenge you to be curious about your own lens. Therapy is hard work; humor is central to this process. We can all benefit from being more playful and taking ourselves less seriously. I integrate several orientations, including psychodynamic theory, cognitive behavioral techniques, and mindfulness practices—depending on your needs. I will meet you on your own terms and we will make sense together.
