Hello, I am the owner of Prairie River Counseling. At Prairie River Counseling I aim to take counseling beyond the office with the intent to reconnect with the natural systems around us. Providing ecotherapy with a variety of evidence-based methods to support and hold space for the client’s growth and goals. My name is Becky Simoni, and I am a licensed mental health counselor and certified substance abuse counselor (LMHC and IADC). I am currently licensed in the state of IA and NE. I am not just a traditional therapist but also an eco-therapist that practices from a holistic and evidence-based viewpoint of therapy.
