As an Indo-Guyanese American psychotherapist, I understand the complexities of growing up within multiple cultures and religions, often feeling torn between fitting in and discovering your true self. My upbringing in an interfaith, mixed-religion household has provided me with unique insights that empower me to support POC women, South Asian and Indo-Caribbean men, interracial/interfaith couples, and families who are seeking to strengthen their sense of identity and alignment with themselves and others.
