As a LMHC with 19 years in community mental health, I create a healthy, safe environment to assist in your healing and growth. Depression, anxiety, parenting problems, relational issues, trauma are among some of the areas I specialize in. I have experience with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. As a parent of autistic children, I have worked with the autistic population. I have three decades working in the adoption field and am an Adoption Competent Counselor.
