Welcome! If you have tried other therapies a depth approach may hold the difference you have been seeking. Many clients find my practice after years trying other therapies, seeking something a bit deeper, more meaningful, more insightful, perhaps even spiritually connected. As individuals, our psyches are bound to our early childhood and family experiences. Attachment experiences are hard-wired into our brains before we can choose what to pay attention to.
