I work with clients struggling to function in school, work, within their family system, or within society. I have experience treating individuals with mood disorders, personality disorders, intellectual and physical disabilities, and individuals on neurodivergent spectrums. I have supported clients dealing with existential issues, grief and loss, adjustment difficulty, low motivation, disconnection from the true self, and inner wounds that stem from childhood trauma. Together we can work on individual goals to reach a sense of mental and emotional wellbeing.
