Maybe you are feeling exhausted or that you are riding an emotional rollercoaster and no matter what you have tried, you can't seem to get off. Perhaps you are haunted by the past, reliving a scene in your head, having negative thoughts about yourself and feeling that you are not good enough. Maybe you find yourself drinking more than usual and avoiding activities that you used to enjoy and feeling like you aren’t in control anymore. Trauma is common and your reaction is normal, together we can help you heal. I specialize in relationships, trauma, PTSD, addictions and related issues. I help people work through childhood trauma and adult trauma using evidence-based, yet supportive therapy modalities like EMDR therapy, Somatic Experiencing Therapy, CBT, family systems and attachment therapy. I was trained at the Meadows Behavioral Health Trauma Center in Arizona.
