Welcome - my name is Rebecca! I'm a LCSW who is offering therapy services to clients in California and Georgia. As a therapist of color and daughter of immigrants, I'm dedicated to creating a safe, affirming space for women of color who want to better understand themselves, explore how they show up in the world, and develop tools to navigate life’s everyday challenges. I have experience supporting individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences. My goal is to create a compassionate space where you can explore your experiences, build insight, and move toward meaningful growth and healing. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, grounded, and understood. We’ll spend time getting to know each other, discussing what brought you to therapy, and exploring what you’d like to get out of our work together. I’ll ask questions about your background, current concerns, and any symptoms or patterns you’ve been noticing.
