If you already struggle with focus, motivation, and organization, a dash of existential dread with your coffee every morning can really shut you down. You want to feel grounded and hopeful, with a life that fits you—not one you have to shove yourself into. You deserve to wake up excited for the day ahead. I specialize in ADHD, and as your therapist, I'd help you manage stress, disorganization, and the overwhelm that turns your brain off. And while I can't change the whole world, I can help you build resilience and connection. In our sessions, we’ll focus on how brains and bodies respond to past and present stress and how you want to move forward. Issues of race, sexuality, spirituality, gender and systemic injustice are welcome conversation here. In addition to walk and talk therapy at the park, I offer condensed half- and full-day sessions to dive deep and reset faster.
