My name is Rebecca Tyrrell, and I'm a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) based in Fresno, California working with clients state-wide via telehealth. I work with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, and trauma using trauma-informed therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to help better manage and regulate emotions as well as navigate the stressors of everyday life. I enjoy working with adults dealing with mood disorders, sexuality and gender, addiction, traumatic experiences, and other significant life changes.
