I typically work with clients who are navigating self-esteem issues, relationship issues, parenting struggles, work problems, depression, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship issues as well as parenting struggles. I have experience working with clients who identify as LGBTQ+ as well as multicultural clients. We all need to feel that we are seen and heard and supported by others. I listen empathetically and provide insight and tools. I am non-judgemental and collaborative.
