I strive to create a warm, non-judgmental environment for you to feel safe and heard. Whether you have been in therapy before or this is your first time, my goal is to meet you where you’re at. I have several years of experience treating mood disorders like depression and bipolar I/II, anxiety disorders and eating disorders.
