Sometimes, life can cause feelings of stress, irritability, overthinking, hopelessness, and difficulty doing the things you once enjoyed. Using a strength-based, person-centered approach, with some good humor when appropriate, my hope is to provide you with a space to be yourself to work through the issues that are causing you distress.
