Accepting new clients in NC, OH, and FL. You may be feeling "not yourself," uncertain, or stuck. We work together to explore where you've been, what you need, what you've learned, your supports, your resiliency, and next steps that align with your values. If you live with chronic illness or pain or disability, we will process these experiences through approaches that respect what you value and your innate gifts. I am EMDR certified, including specific training for use with chronic illness/pain. I also engage Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Polyvagal practice (nervous system).
