Dr. Warburton provides Evidence-Based-Treatment to a diverse population with a wide array of clinical presentations and needs, including severe depression, anxiety and chronic stress, OCD, personality disorders, adjustment disorders, grief and loss, relationship issues, anger management, and day-to-day emotional, social, and behavioral problems. Combining active listening, deep empathy, and collaborative problem-solving to ensure effective measurable treatment outcomes. She uses a variety of clinical techniques including Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Mindfulness, CBT,DBT, ERP, ACTIFS, MI, psychoeducation, and supportive therapy.
