Hello, my name is Rebecca Wasinack and I am a Marriage Family Therapist. I have worked with clients with all different backgrounds. My main focus is anxiety, depression, substance abuse, postpartum depression/anxiety, parenting, new moms, work life balance, and adults. The most common therapeutic approaches I use are client centered and cognitive behavioral therapy. With these two approaches together, you get to focus on what you feel is best for you as well as learn and implement healthy coping skills outside of our therapy appointment.
