Many people come to me when facing the transition into parenthood. Whether you are trying to conceive; are currently pregnant and navigating physical, emotional, or relational changes; or in the postpartum period and faced with feelings of overwhelm and difficulty recognizing yourself. This, for many, is one of the most pivotal moments in life! I'm certified in perinatal mental health and have spent a lot of time supporting people through this beautiful, and at times disorienting, season of life. I also work with people who are carrying grief, loss, and trauma, whether related to the perinatal period or something else entirely.
