I specialize in working with adult couples and individuals who experience relationship challenges (managing conflict, communication, negative patterns, codependency, infidelity, separation/divorce, intimacy) and the impact of trauma - specifically, attachment and developmental trauma. My approach is warm, empathic, professional, and direct - providing a safe, supportive space to heal and grow. I help my clients discover how their wounds from past relationships or childhood experiences contribute to their present-day issues, how they got stuck, and how to get unstuck. I help clients gain insight into and effectively process underlying feelings and teach concrete skills that will make positive changes in everyday life. These changes can create a fundamental sense of connection and safety in relationships and with oneself.
