I'm so proud of you for choosing to prioritize your mental wellness! I have worked in helping fields for almost twenty years and as a therapist since 2013. My work has primarily focused on trauma and crisis, anxiety and depression disorders, children, LGBTQ+ individuals, and relationship problems. I also have specializations in ADHD, fertility issues, and maternal mental health. I offer an empowering approach where we will work together as a team to address the issues important to you, provide and practice tools you can use outside of sessions, and leave you feeling confident in your ability to navigate your life moving forward.
